every day of the week.

College B Ball sucks.

Because there are too many teams to follow in college. I only watch during March Madness and not even at the start of the tournament.

Being in high school, I think the perception is no one likes the NBA, so everyone says they don’t like it. It’s like when a teacher asks the question ‘Do you like school’. Everyone thinks the “cool” thing to say is no I don’t like school, even though they are not actually thinking that. And for the record I will take the NBA over the NFL.

I love that one of the main complaints about the NBA is that no one plays any defense, but when two of the best defensive teams the league has ever seen – Spurs/Pistons – went to the finals, everyone complained that it was boring.

Like defense or not, that was a pretty awesome series… maybe the only Finals this decade to go 7, if I’m not mistaken.

But I also like watching Euroleague/international basketball. I hope NBA TV gets to show some of the FIBA Olympic qualifying tournament from Greece.

The only thing a defense can do is put a hand in their face, if the player makes the shot, there is nothing the defense can do about that. I also love how people say that the players don’t try. I always say to those people “Yeah, I’m sure the owners want to pay millions of dollars to players who don’t try” and then these people laugh and say yeah exactly and the conversation ends. Game set match.
