Nowitzki remains the only Mavericks player in franchise history to be named All-NBA first team (2005-07) and is one of only three players (Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan) to be named to an All-NBA Team in each of the past eight seasons.

That he would put Paul Pierce in the second team and Dirk in the third.
Not that he knows anything.
Jackson thinks he knows everything. His reason for putting Pierce in the 2nd team is the fact he plays on the team with the best record.
