particular trade… but I think it would be great to go after hinirich somehow.

In all reality the Mavs would never trade Kidd this year, unless he either had some huge breakdown and the team was 12-15th in the West heading into the All Star game or they were offered a young elite player of some sort for him at any point between now and then. (think a top 15 player in the league offered to the Mavs for him)

Should they trade him away now, they essentially concede that the Harris deal was a bad move, and thats something that I just dont see happening. Cuban just wont cave in that easily. If anything I think as it stands today, Kidd and Dirk are probably the only untouchables on the team right now.

I have always been a fan of Hinrich, and his value is down after his lack luster play last year, but I think of the guards to leave there, I think Gordon will be the odd man out., and they will have a need for Hinrich this year.
