Around SBN: The Worst Team Ever Projected?

Two years, each for about $2 million, with a player option for the second year.

Kind of surprising after how he - advised by his agent - acted in the Kidd trade. And not a terribly good choice in my opinion. George can still hit a few shots from outside and defend most backups, but has lost a step against the star players and is hurt more often. The team should have tried to continue getting younger.

I'm losing faith in this team

So much for a big off-season. This sucks.

It doesn't matter if you win or lose, as long as you come in first.

It is Official

This teams sux and nobody in the organization cares to try and improve it.
All faith is lost. I would have rather to have signed M. Finley for the feel good behind it.

Wouldn't be surprised if we trade Dirk in the near future

With the way things are going, he’s not gonna want to stick around here anyways.

My Faith is Gone

My faith in this team is gone. I lost interest in this team. I remember how exciting this team was when we had Nash, Dirk and Finley. I watched almost every game and now hardly any. Don Nelson was right we would have won 2 championships if we kept Nash and Dirk together but Mark Cuban blew it and didn’t want to pay Nash. Mark Cuban has traded away our future by giving away our # 1 picks. We need to rebuild but we can’t without are picks. I think we should trade away Dirk but without our # 1 picks in the near future we can’t rebuild the way we should. The Jason Kidd trade will hurt this franchise for a decade. Our window of opportunity is gone. Right now the Mavs are my 4th favorite team in DFW behind the Cowboys, Stars and then the Rangers (I’m excited about all the young players).

Rangers game against Detroit the other night

was awesome, way fun. If only they had pitching like that every game. But yeah, thanks F.O./Cuban for making those big moves to get us back into title contention. Do they even know what players we have on the team?
