Admittedly this isn't one of the more memorable or quotable scenes, but GOB saying "Ol' Big Bear" has always cracked me up. That and the doctor is one of my favorite recurring characters.

That literal doctor is great
My favorite GOB crying moments (he does have a lot of those) are when he was talking about the Franklin Comes Alive! CD to Michael and the whole “Taste the happy”/“Sure tastes a lot like sad” bit.
