Gooden will sign with the Spurs this week, and if healthy will fill the only void on the Spurs team, that is a lack of front court help.
About the mavs … I’m with Marie, Cuban has to stay true to his words and shake things ups in some way. We have to start right now to play with some passion. If we play hard, we can stay in games with anyone, I really think we have enough talent to be a dangerous team specially if Wright keeps playing well and with Singleton and Bass covering Dampier, but to play like we did yesterday or against Memphis or that sunday Boston game is shameful.

And to complete everything, Gary Payton has that to say about the mavs …

Well ...

I don’t know about you … But I would get him right now in place of Williams. It would be a whole lot better to release George to get him. But I know we won’t do this. Pops had a 11 pts 6 boards game with SA playing 12 minutes. The kid can play and we can’t say that about George he is not a kid and definitely can’t play!
