Around SBN: 2011 In Extreme Home Runs

A Question from a warriors fan

Why would you want Jackson, he gets a technical foul every 15 games at least,he would take away minutes from your good players like Howard, Marion, and Terry. Why wouldn't you just sign David Lee and Ramon Sessions to 1 yr deals 6.5 for David Lee and 3 mil for Ramon Sessions that would be way better than taking on Jackson's contract. If you had those guys you could easily win a chamionship I think.

Look at the Lineup,

Pg Kidd/ Ramon Sessions/ Barea

sg Josh Howard/ Ramon Sessions/ Carrol

sf Marion/ Howard/Ross

pf dirk/ Gooden/ Humphries

C Lee/Thomas/Dampier

Sixth man Terry

If you guys are gonna beat the Lakers ever you need to get a good center,or hope Marion can guard the center i think thats why you got marion so he could guard Kobe or even andrew Bynum who is way bigger, but we all know how talented he can be.

You guys need to try to get Lee and should have tried to sign Sessions if you wanna win a championship and match the depth and skill of the Lakers. Or you could offer this deal to the cost cutting Bucks who want to rebuild Josh Howard, Shelden Williams, and greg Buckner for Michael Redd. I really think that if you were lucky enough to sign Lee or trade for Redd you would be championship bound. Imagine if you had both lee and Redd you would win the chamionship for sure, if only the Mavs could pull a deal like the Lakers made for Gasol by getting Lee and Redd you would win. Mavericks 2010 champions. I think that if the Mavericks don't win a championship this year they will never win a championship and the Mavericks are my second favorite team

I agree with some of this, other things don’t make sense?

1) We got Marion to guard centers 1 on 1? What? Is that a joke, I don’t see how Marion is shutting down Bynum
2) David Lee is too small to be a starting, big minutes center, he’s 6-9, I see him getting bullied around by elite centers in the NBA.
3) I agree, I don’t see where Stephen Jackson fits on this team. I could see getting an actual good center, but there’s not much around or a solid PG or back-up SG.

If I could sign Lee and Sessions for 1 year,

I would take that one, but Sessions isn’t going to sign here for one year.

I don't want Redd...

Old, coming off a major injury, It does look more like Nellie wants to unload Ellis, which would be pretty nice, we would most likely lose JJB but Ellis is an upgrade there

neither option is the homerun

but perhaps the gasol-move for dallas would be to trade for…gasol…

"There were arms coming from everywhere, and I knew they weren’t going for the ball," Miller said. "I was just trying to get [the shot] up before they called some crap like ‘on the ground.’ "

"What do you want me to do?" Wright asked. "Do you want me to Derek Fisher him?"

"Give them some fucking credit, i mean for real." Jackson said.

"I just fell on my face for no reason," Bryant deadpanned. "I'm a klutz."

"Fucking right i'm preachin' it!" Carlisle replied.

"Rough life, isn't it. It's tough all over, isn't it." Smith chuckled.

Steven Jackson fits

simply because Dallas is the softest whimpy finesse team in the league. Jackson would do what he did for the W’s give the Mavs some swagger and toughness. This is a much needed thing to a the charmin soft Mavs.

GO FUCKING PISS OFF.

You’re just embarrassing yourself and other GSoM’ers with your drivel now. “Soft and whimpy” is the lamest argument around.

Remember to retire Fin's number, Mark.
