I like what I read.

Obviously the D-League is a different type of beast than the nba but he’s shown he can contribute. Bring the guy in.

Agreed

He looks like an active, big body who can grab some boards. Not much shot blocking presence but he’s won’t be needed for more than 15 minutes a game if that.

After the show I want Greg Oden to tuck us both in and tell us stories about the old days. - Will Ferrell

thanks for your write-ups

if i didn’t have those, then i’d have to read over obscure scouting reports through google. you do a great job; keep it up.

Appreciate it

Hopefully DJones gets some playing-time so I can get a look at him in the NBA.

I blog at Ridiculous Upside. I know you'll love it.

as do i.

i love eddie najera, but he gets murdered while guarding centers, and i imagine that jones’ll have a better go at it.

Sexual harassment is no joke, sweet-cans.

He should have a clause in his 10-day contract

Like a bonus for every time he throws a Laker to the floor. Yeah, I’m really sick of Bynum torching us.

I'll 2nd buckets.

Great info in your write-ups, enjoyed reading them.

This is good news if it gets done

The dude can’t do worse than Najera at C. I wish we could get him to go after Bynum’s knees…

Hey, stay away from our D-Leaguers! jk

I would say that I hope he does well for you guys, but I don’t want him to help a division rival too much. Oh well, seems like a good kid – treat him well, Cubes.

Another #5 is a Great add

The find of the last trade may really be Haywood…nothing against Butler or Stevenson…but Haywood has played really well. Now having another YOUNG BIG to rest Haywood a few more minutes until Damp gets back sounds like a pretty good move as well
The next game will be the reality check for the new Mav’s post game – playing against the 3 towers of LAL

kinda makes me wonder if the d-league really is that bad

the guy is tearing it up there but cant even make it in the nba. i mean he did once, only to be released by his team and head back to the d-league after a few years. meh

Haha

Way to make informed opinions.

Hey, it sucks compared to the NBA, because its best center can't get a 10-day job in a team with only one

It sucks that very few D-Leaguers can contribute at all to NBA teams.

Look, I watch uruguayan basketball, and believe me, it’s worse than the D-League. By far. A playoff game was postponed two days ago due to bad weather (in the best arena in Uruguay!), and tonight the same game was suspended, with a minute left and the series 2-1 (elimination game), because the clocks stopped working and nobody in the place could fix them.
