As most of you may know, there were plenty of between-sites shenanigans that went on last year during the playoffs (the Spurs fans were generally cordial, but maybe it was only LatinD, who seemed like a pretty cool guy, and of course a ton of the Nugs fans who showed up were total jerks with a handful of exceptions) and occurred at various points throughout this season (the Bass/Gortat incident where Magic fans rolled in to proclaim Otis Smith's pulling a fast one a move of genius, and of course more recently).
Now that's okay. Always good fun to have some talk with fans of other teams, especially if it's intelligent and good-natured trash-talking is part of it. However, in the case of any bad apples who do show up with inflammatory comments, PLEASE take the high road and respond with maturity and level headedness. Even if insults are necessary (which hopefully they won't), keep it here on this blog. Don't go to other blogs in retaliation to offer similarly provocative and douchebaggery comments.
Of course, any treks to other blogs should be made with class and seeking intelligent or good-humoured conversation. Probably best to avoid going there shortly after wins as well - it's never fun having fans of other teams showing up while pondering a tough defeat. Usually even the most polite talk could be taken unintentionally as some form of gloating.
So uh, it's gonna be a helluva playoffs this season, but keep it classy. No need to be dicks to anyone.
