UTAH JAZZ, DALLAS MAVERICKS IN HUNT FOR TIMBERWOLVES AL JEFFERSON
Minnesota Timberwolves star player Al Jefferson is a hot name as of right now. The Utah Jazz have been in serious trade talks with the Wolves in which a deal was attempted to be completed on Monday night.
The Jazz are proposing the T-Wolves their $14 million trade exception which they received from Chicago during the sign-and-trade with power-forward Carlos Boozer.
The Wolves are seeking multiple future first-round draft picks in return as well.
More to come…

I think we've lost this one
Utah seems to be offering its TE, a protected first-rounder from Memphis, and then maybe even more picks and/or players on top of that. I would like to see Jefferson here but I don’t think there’s a way that the Mavs will offer more than that.
