Not too much going on in the world of basketball, other than Tyson Chandler hooping it up in Turkey. Team USA is undefeated and looking like they have a great chance for the Gold. In other news, people are finding things to talk about online, so I've gathered some of those things for your reading pleasure.

Chandler is in a contract year...

I can GUARANTEE he will be great for us this year in order to get a contract.

A perfect example is Marcus Camby (an exact clone of Tyson, injury history an all) who was in a contract year last year as well and somehow to gut it out to only miss a total of 9 games last year. Tyson will do the same

Tyson's main problems have been his back and ankle sprains which he will fight off just like Camby did last year in a contract year...

Josh Howard tearing his ACL is a pretty random occurrence and doesn’t happen to many NBA players so I wouldn’t really use it as an example of Tyson though.

He's tall

I like what Chandler brings, He can’t be any worse than Damp was, and he doesn’t have that sense of entitlement that I believe was a factor in Damp playing in front of Haywood.

And his potential is sky high compared to what we had with Damp.
