One More Poll
With the news today that Chris Paul is (i think rightly) appealing, and that Dwight Howard is demanding a trade to the Nets, we're facing a semi-realistic (though thanks to the league, not that realistic) probability that ALL of the big 2012 free agents will be spoken for by, oh, next week. Presuming that Deron Williams would never leave a team that has Dwight Howard on it.
My question is, following up on Boweman and my pieces yesterday, does that change your opinion of the Mavs' keep your powder dry strategy? Or are you still into their ability to pick up key pieces, going forward? Sound off and vote.

None of them will be fully locked down, but there are other issues at play.
Due to the new CBA’s restrictions, none of those three will extend, their agents wouldn’t let them to based on the disparity in years and dollars between an extension and a free agent contract.
But, as Cuban outlined yesterday this is not about getting a single player. That would be great if it happened, but this is about flexibility so that the team can continue to operate at a high level long term.
I heard Kwame Brown is available.
I live to play the devil's advocate.
