It's Dirk's 11th consecutive All-NBA appearance.
Also getting votes, but no place: Tyson Chandler (7) and Jason Kidd (1).
The All-NBA Teams were chosen by a panel of 119 sportswriters and broadcasters homers throughout the United States and Canada. The media voted for All-NBA First, Second and Third Teams by position with points awarded on a 5-3-1 basis.

… and a whisp away from being named 1st team. I’ll take that. I’d also take him over any of the others. He’s been a class act & a winner ever since he arrived in Dallas. He’s been as dominant a force as anyone over the past few years.
