Once again, Bill Simmons wows me.

He is such an incredible writer that isn't afraid to call out the big dogs. He, once again, delivered an absolutely amazing piece. I am wow'ed. I read the entire thing, which took me a while, but damn was it well worth it.

Look, guys, I wouldn't recommend a read unless it was great. It is super long, but like I said it is really worth it. Great read, and to be honest he points out a lot of great points. His ideas are killer, and to be honest he puts up a great case of why his ideas work.

I know he is really sarcastic and full of dry humor, so even if you can't stand that stuff, try to look past it. If anything, just read the following:

Issue Number 4: GREAT point, signifies why people like LeBron and Bosh should make less, and why guys like Dirk and Kobe deserve more money.

Issue Number 7: Read the 7th bullet down. It talks about a genius playoff idea to make it sooo much more exciting. It would solve teams tanking, and provide for cinderella teams, all while giving playoff teams a needed rest before the playoffs.

This man is a genius. I'd recommend reading it all, but if impossible just read the two things I suggested. It will only take 4-5 minutes.
