no one will notice if we gently hold hands, right? - Soobum Im-US PRESSWIRE
The Mavericks can't just have a normal season. The revolving door keeps swinging, with Derek Fisher out and Chris Douglas-Roberts in. The Spurs... well they're still good at basketball.
WHO: The San Antonio Spurs host the Dallas Mavericks
WHAT: I don't even know who's on the team anymore
WHERE: AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX
WHEN: 6:00pm CT
HOW: FSSW | NBALP
THE STORY: The Spurs have been really good this season. Tim Duncan looks like he's in his twenties, and the team just got injured pieces Stephen Jackson and Kawhi Leonard back, so they're playing at full strength. The Mavericks? Well, they're still missing Dirk Nowitzki, Elton Brand is active but still groin-ish, and Derek Fisher just up and left. Though Dallas fans are looking forward to seeing what D-League call-up Chris Douglas-Roberts can bring to the table, it remains to be seen whether he'll play tonight. But let's not kid ourselves. These teams are a bit outmatched tonight. Still, Mavs/Spurs always makes for an exciting rivalry game, and maybe Dallas is feeling the holiday spirit. Be sure to stop by Pounding The Rock for your Spurs needs, should you have any.
GO MAVS, GO!
