We are still getting Devin Harris, our draft strategy

I thought after the Monta Ellis deal, Devin woudn't come because his deal got nixed and we had enough guards. I guess we never have enough guards. We are probably going to get Harris for the 1 year minimum. Does anybody think this is getting a bit overboard? Did we really just draft Shane Larkin and Ricky Ledo (who has great, great potential) so we can flip them elsewhere? I am really just tired of our strategy. We can trade and sign for lots of our pieces. The draft always is a great place to grab a possible starter or valuable reserve. I'll name you players drafted in the 1st round that helped their teams a lot, some even in their rookie year. Kawhi Leonard (#15, Spurs), Norris Cole (#28, Heat), Iman Shumpert (#17, Knicks), Kennith Faried (#22 Nuggets). Those are just a few that were drafted around where we have been or lower the past couple of years. Don't you think we should have at least tried? It seems our front office is just trying to draft what will best trade value the next year. Let me look at some of our past picks. Rodrigue Beaubois: I liked this pick, he would have been a very good scorer off the bench, but Rick didn't really like him. Bottom line, something goes wrong with this pick. Dominique Jones: One of the best summer league performers. NBA? Not so much. Jared Cunningham: Very questionable pick here. I thought if we were going to get a PG, Tony Wroten would be the best option. If not him, Marquis Teague. And considering we drafted G's in the past 2 years we had a 1st rounder, I really didn't like it at all. Was anybody else fond of this pick? I just thought it was a complete waste. Our one hit in the past couple of years has been Jae Crowder.

p.s. Sorry I tailed off from Devin Harris, to our guards, then to our draft. It only was originally supposed to be about Devin Haris.
