The Mavericks held a 35-minute team meeting after Wednesday’s blowout loss to the Sacramento Kings, per reporting from ESPN’s Tim MacMahon.

The impromptu meeting forced media members to evacuate the locker room earlier than usual, and it involved both players and coaches. Harrison Barnes did talk, saying this about the game: “It was disservice to us as teammates, it was a disservice to the coaching staff who put in work and it was a disservice to the fans that came here tonight."
Rick Carlisle’s usual post-game press conference was also very brief. Instead of taking questions, Carlisle issued a short statement and then left the room.

The entire thing last 39 seconds, by far the shorter press conference (before or after a game) of the year.
The Mavericks are half a game back from the 76ers for the worst record in the league. While injuries have derailed the team’s plans, they clearly still aren’t OK with the poor efforts given this season.
