Dirk
looking more aggressive than usual... already 6 foul shots.

This would be a good time to showcase JJ and George to NJ in hoping that those are guys plus a KVH contract and Herpes that could make do for Kidd who is unhappy and wants out of there.

NBA shootaround
just said the Jazz are looking to deal for Ben Wallace... Damn, depending on who they give up, a front court of AK/Boozer/Wallace would be not good

I read on Fanhouse...
...that they'd give up AK for Big Ben.  AK is actually playing better this year, so not sure why they want to shop him.

0-21 run
How is that even possible!?

by Wes Cox on Feb 10, 2008 6:32 PM CST reply actions

This is disgusting
Shots aren't falling, take it inside...why can't they figure that out for themselves?  Who's going to stop them...Josh freakin' Boone and Nenad freakin' Krstic?  Come on...this is lame!

after today
we will have 10 losses vs the east... and officially more losses than all of last season... yet only be one game behind the suns for best record in the west... weird

Down 16 to start the 4th
It's still possible.  They just need to play good D and draw some fouls, for crying out loud.  Is that too much to ask for?

There you go, Josh
I hope everyone else gets the memo...draw fouls!

If this game doesn't show
how bad Terry is as a PG, I don't know what will.

Kidd torching us in the icing on the cake.

This team isn't going anywhere.

You do know that Devin
isn't gone for the whole season, right?

He's better than Kidd right now, and he's been better than Jason Terry since forever.

I think all this is making people realize just how good Devin is and how important he is to this team.

If Dwyade falls 8 times and gets up 9 times in the woods without anyone around to hear it, does it make a sound?

lets not forget stack wasn't playing
I think people under rate him in terms of value for us.
I know how to spell Dirk, M-V-P

Energy and "coasting"
This is unbelievable.... I had to leave at half time, dvr-ed the rest of the game and turned it off a little into the third.

Anybody watch the miami game?  Even though though they lost that game, they were in it against the Lakers.  Why?  They had energy.

Does anyone wonder why we are so bad on the road when we play consistently well at home?  Sure everyone generally plays better at home, but I think its fair to say that with out the fan support to help with their energy, they just cant pull it together on the road.  And even when we blow teams out, we let them back in late in the games.

Maybe I'm over-reacting, I guess I just feel like I sometimes care more than them, even though I can do anything but gripe on here about it.  Tonights game is a classic example of why SOMETHING has to change.  I dont know if AJ needs to harp like he used too, or a trade needs to take place, but all these doses' of humble losses against the Leastern conference teams on the road, Memphis coming back late in the game after being up 25 at one point, Milwaukee game going down to the wire, just isnt gonna cut it as we approach the playoffs.  Not with everyone else "excited" to be playing.  I'm not saying this group cant get it done, but dare I say this group just isnt "mentally" (at this point) ready to get it done.  Something has to change.

All those examples prove that the lack of energy is not there like it was last year , and I dont know why they are taking this so lightly.  We all know the talent is there, we see it every time they play at the AAC.

Do they honestly think they will just be able to "turn it on"?  I guess with the way this front office, coach and team carries itself, they really believe they will come out on fire after the all-star break...  I hope so...
