at Iverson on offense, as he is guarding Stackhouse?? But Iverson having his way with Kidd so far on the other end...

Missed K mart in transition D 2nd play of the game, and Damp picked up a silly foul already.

and lots of back door cuts by the nuggets for easy baskets... Defense not looking so good.

Stack has come out firing, going 3-3 so far for 7 points at the 7:10 mark in the 1st

after the first 39-28 Mavs

we are shooting 64% as a team, and Kidd (gasp!) is shooting 100% on 3-3 shooting!

That has to be some sort of career stat for him.

for the perfect shooting night for kidd... he couldnt get the stats men to mark it as a pass either!

half time summary

a lot of offense and not a lot of D for both teams.

Stack has been great... Kidd is WELL on his way for his 100th TD, and Howard has his usual 20 in the first half and should end up with 26-30ish for the game.

Transition Defense has been non existent and Denver is knocking down 3's all over the place.

Whats most disappointing to me about this first half is Avery played Bass the same amount of minutes as Herpes... Even though herps has shown some life here in the first quarter... can we PLEASE develop Bass?? PLEASE???!!!!!!

And the 3rd comes...

Mavs biggest Achilles heel. Nugs cut it to 4. They are starting to tighten up on the perimeter and we are still taking long jumpshots. I don't think the Mavs can let Denver get up by them by more than 5 or so, bc they could make it ugly real quick and we don't have a Dirk to knock down clutch 3s to get us close again.
