| Avery Johnson said after practice today that Devean George is expected to miss two weeks because of the sprained MCL in his right knee. The two week time-frame would see George come back on March 1st against Cleveland and miss the next 5 (HOU, MIA, DEN, ATL, @MIN). With George out, both Greg Buckner and even Croshere will see increased minutes, but that probably won't trickle all the way down to Pop Mensah-Bonsu. Buckner will benefit the most and is pretty much a lock to start on McGrady in Devean's place tonight. In a not totally unrelated move, the Mavs have recalled Maurice Ager. |
