The Mavs began their second summer league last night in Utah. J.J. Barea kept up his strong play with 15 points, 8 assists, and two turnovers. Maurice Ager led the team in scoring with 16 points, but he shot 6-14. Brandon Bass continued to make his case for NBA teams by shooting 6 of 9 and scoring 13 off the bench. Mensah-Bonsu collected 6 points and 6 fouls in 22 minutes. He also led the team in rebounding with eight. Most importantly, he dunked on his own teammate.
