Injury Update: Brandon Bass is out for at least tonight's game in Charlotte. Apparently his foot has been bothering him for a while, but it's now to the point where he just can't play.
"I’ve just been trying to play through it," Bass said.
Bass, who has played in 38 of 40 games, will not be in Charlotte for tonight’s game. He originally turned his ankle Jan. 6 at Minnesota, and his foot hasn’t felt the same since.
"He hasn’t been well, and he’s been hot and cold," coach Avery Johnson said. "It used to be just pain, now he’s injured, so we sent him home to be re-evaluated."
