Not a lot out there but both articles in the morning papers are painting todays game against New York as a near 'must win'

"We need that swagger down the stretch, that confidence, that no matter what's going to happen, the Mavericks are going to win. You get that through working, through executing down the stretch and getting one win at a time.

"That's how you raise your confidence down the stretch, by executing and winning big games."

And it's come down to a trip to New York, Charlotte and Houston, knowing the Mavericks could be 2-10 five days from now and, yes, in complete freefall.

Dirk Nowitzki isn't shying away from a must-win mentality.

"We’ve got to get a win somehow," Dirk Nowitzki said. "Scratch, fight, whatever it takes. It’s not pretty. We’ve got to find a way to win this game in New York. New York has got incredibly better and they’re a run-and-gun team now. We’ve got to find a way to get in there, get some stops and find a way to win the game."
