Game Thread: Grizzlies (34-29) at Mavericks (45-16)

WHO: The Dallas Mavericks host the Memphis Grizzlies

WHAT: Apparently it's a statement game. We WILL NOT be swept- that's why we have Bobby-C.

WHERE: American Airlines Center, Dallas, TX

WHEN: 6:30pm CT

HOW: League Pass | FSSW-DAL | SSO-MEM | KESN | WRBO

THE STORY: The Mavericks currently hold the longest active winning streak in the NBA (again) at eight games. They face a talented Grizzlies team, but should still be able to come out on top, That is, if our backup starting center, Brendan Haywood, can handle Memphis' big man, Zach Randolph. That may not be easy, and we should pay attention to the goings-on around the painted area. Head below the jump to find the usual links, and visit the fellas Straight Outta Vancouver.

Brendan Haywood and Ian Mahinmi combined for 17 points and 10 rebounds against Indiana. They better be ready to bring it again Sunday night against the Grizzlies. "We’re going to need those guys to play great again," coach Rick Carlisle said, "because we’ve got a bigger, more bruising team coming in here."
