WHO: The Los Angeles Lakers host the Dallas Mavericks
WHAT: Eh, no Kobe.
WHERE: Staples Center, Los Angeles, CA
WHEN: 2:30pm CT
HOW: ABC
THE STORY: The Mavericks are still trying to solidify a spot in the playoffs, and things are looking better after a favorable night of losses for their conference-mates. They hold tie-breakers against several teams, but the Lakers aren't counted among that group. They will be playing without Kobe this afternoon, however, which will free up some of our defenders and hopefully allow them to help create some offense. Rodrigue Beaubois will be out due to his calf strain. On another note entirely, it will never not be funny to read serious NBA writers trying to talk about defending World Peace. Drop in on Silver Screen and Roll for the opposing view.
And now, as always, LET'S. GO. MAVS.
