Of course, the Mavericks open the season with some fun, international games. They get to play in Germany's capital to start it off, which is pretty awesome for Dirk Nowitzki. There are four home games in Dallas and one weird game in Wichita to play the Thunder. I've been to Wichita probably more times than a normal native Texan should. So that's cool.
The real games get underway October 30, if you remember, facing off against the new and should-be improved Los Angeles Lakers to start. The Mavericks home opener isn't until November 3 against Charlotte. No local TV listings for the preseason games have been announced, but I'd imagine they'll be on a combination of NBATV, Fox Sports Southwest and TXA 21.
Less than two months away!
