What did the Bucks do over the summer?
The Bucks have just as many if not more new faces than the Mavs, but they have some faces Dallas fans will remember.
They parted ways with their head coach (Jim Boylan) in favor of Larry Drew, let Monta Ellis walk and traded Brandon Jennings to the Pistons for Brandon Knight and Khris Middleton. They also lost Samuel Dalembert via free agency and J.J. Redick via trade. With all these losses, they put together a team of Dallas fan favorite O.J. Mayo, Gary Neal, Zaza Pachulia, Luke Ridnour, and Caron Butler.
Their best move of the summer, though, was probably locking up LARRY SANDERS! to a four year/$44 million deal.
Which Bucks player might be due for a big game?
O.J. Mayo. Though "due" may not be the right word, as he had 28 points against the Cavs the other night, but going against the Mavericks might see him playing with a little chip on his shoulder against his former team.
Which Mavericks player might be due for a big game?
Vince Carter comes back from his one-game suspension tonight after getting tossed for throwing an elbow to Steven Adams' head the other night. He'll be well rested and looking to bounce back.
What's the biggest matchup to watch?
The bench players. Milwaukee's depth has been tested early with injuries to Luke Ridnour, Larry Sanders, Brandon Knight and Ersan Ilyasova. Dallas's bench is relatively healthy but has been a little inconsistent, and is on the second night of a back-to-back.
