THE STORY: The Mavericks have lost four of their last seven and are sitting at 16-13. There's been close losses and tough losses, but this league comes down to wins, and Dallas hasn't done a good job getting those of late.

Now, they head to Chitown for a winnable game against the 11-16 Bulls -- who despite their record are tied for the eight seed in the Eastern Conference. It's the start of a three-game roadtrip for the Mavericks, and with the pesky Timberwolves next, a team that's given Dallas trouble this year, the Mavs know it's important to start this stretch off with a win. We'll see if they can capitalize.
