THE STORY: Elton Brand is a game-time decision tonight, but everyone else seems like they're good to go. Portland has lost the last seven games, so the Mavs could conceivably be ok without Brand inside. Then again, there's always LaMarcus Aldridge, who LOVES playing against the Mavericks. Like, LOVES. He's been averaging 26.8 points and 10.8 rebounds against Dallas. The Mavs aren't eliminated from the playoffs just yet, so if you're into that whole 'hope' thing, there you have it.
