HOW: Not televised. Again. In 2014. I am not kidding.

THE STORY: In the Mavericks' preseason finale before their opener against the Spurs on October 28, rumor has it this will be a dress rehearsal for the real deal. Regardless, should be fun to see Nelson against his longtime and only former team, in what I'm sure will be an emotional homecoming. As always, we're mostly rooting for no injuries here, and for the starters and main bench guys to just fine tune whatever they need to fine tune.

Let's do this. The regular season is mercifully close. Go Mavs.
