THE STORY: The last time these two teams met at American Airlines Center, the Knicks put on a nice show, or the Mavericks decided NOT to show up, or something. I don't remember because I've tried to erase that game from my memory. But, they meet again tonight. The Mavs are good and healthy and coming off a day's rest, for whatever that's worth. Metta World Peace and Beno Udrih were bought out, so they aren't here. Shumpert is out with a sprained MCL. But hey....anything could happen with this Mavs team.
