Top 10 Plays of the 2013-14 Dallas Mavericks season

We pulled a page from Sportscenter's book. Here's the top 10 plays of the Mavericks' season from our friend and video guru Patryk (BigPatrys15 on YouTube).

Our 2013 Top 10 plays were good, but the Mavericks had a good second half of the 2013-14 season and really outdid themselves.

  • Vince Carter is still a walking highlight reel at the age of 37. Ridiculous.
  • The angry Golden State announcer at No. 6 is excellent.
  • When's the last time the Mavericks had three buzzer-beating game winners in the same season? Nicely done, gang.
  • Carmelo actually played really good defense on Dirk, who probably could have swung his arms and got the rip-through call, but I understand that's a risk in such a high-pressure situation. I almost feel bad for him when 'Melo slumps his shoulders in defeat when that shot falls back in.
  • Apologies to: Devin Harris' game-winning floater against Portland, that crazy Monta Ellis eurostep flip shot that drew a foul in Game 2 against the Spurs, and several of those on the 2013 Top 10, especially that 2/3-court pass from Vince to set up a Dirk jumper to beat the halftime buzzer.
  • One more thing: do me a favor and subscribe to Patryk' YouTube channel for awesome NBA videos.
