Free agent forward Rashard Lewis has agreed to a one-year deal with the Mavericks, his agent Colin Bryant told Yahoo Sports.

Clearly, Lewis fits behind Dirk as a backup power forward. Brandan Wright also factors in there, but Lewis is a bigger player with some range.
He played in 60 games last year and hit 34 percent of his 3-pointers. It's below his career average, but maybe if he can get into a groove he'll be able to provide some decent depth in that area. I guess no matter how you feel, just remember that he's a minimum contract player filling a spot at the very bottom of the roster.
