THE STORY: The Mavs come in looking to right the ship after a disappointing loss to Houston. The Wizards, while still a dangerous team, are perhaps not quite as dangerous as they were last season. Look for Wesley Matthews to try and get out of that shooting slump, and Chandler Parsons to continue to come off the bench so he can be available to be part of the closing lineup. A wild card today may be the start time, which is a bit earlier than usual and that can sometimes affect players' pregame rituals and routines.
