On summing up the season
"Trying year. With all the new guys we had coming into the season and making an in-season trade, trying to get guys adjusted, it was just kind of an uphill battle all year long, trying to get everybody to play to their strengths, it was tough."
On the Rondo trade
"Anytime you make an in-season trade it's tough, especially at such an integral part of our offense which is the point guard position, with a player who has been great and try to fit him in and try to get him on the same page, and then he was hurt, it was tough."
On how this offseason is difference since he's under contract
"It'll be fine. Rest will heal all. It'll be no different than last summer, just come in work hard, try to get better."
On how he thinks his role could change
"With five guys coming back, who is to say we bring in? Only time will tell with that."
On the constant roster turnover
It's hard but that's not to say that it cannot be done. Historically, they've done that a lot and they've still won. It's just a thing that they like to do and we've got to make the best of it."
On his foot
"It's just turf toe. The best thing is just rest and staying off of it. I really couldn't do what I wanted to within a series and be effective as I wanted to be. At this point nobody is really playing 100 percent at this point in the season, but I just couldn't really push off like I wanted to.
On being a starter if it calls for it
"However RC wants to use me, that's how he'll use me. If it's starting, if it's coming off the bench, he'll figure that out but I think that he likes me coming off the bench, but starting is something I've done my whole career so I definitely can go back to it."
On being capable of playing more minutes if needed
"If needed, but we just talked in the exit meeting, my minutes are always calculated, if it needs to be more, I'll be able to do it. Like I said, whatever it takes."
