Wyclef Jean is best known for his days with the Fugees, the hip hop group from the 1990s featuring him, Lauryn Hill, and Pras Michel. The trio produced a series of hits that have stood the test of time and can still be heard in clubs. After the Fugees disbanded, Wyclef went on to have a successful solo career.
Now, though, the Grammy winner has turned his attention to something that is a bit unfamiliar: campaigning for the NBA All Star Game. He's not campaigning for himself to be the musical act. The game is in Toronto so you'd image that Drake has that on lock. No, he's campaigning to get a player into the game. And that player is ... Zaza Pachulia.
Yes, you read that right, Wyclef wants to see Zaza in Toronto. Don't believe me? Here's proof:
Shout out to @beraofficial and @wyclef for support. Thankful and humbled. pic.twitter.com/pRUZxp7loA

I don't have all the information behind this but it appears that Georgian singer Bera recruited Wyclef to pitch for Zaza. Again, that's speculative but it makes sense based on context.
Anyway, if Wyclef can't get Zaza to Toronto then I don't know what can. Just remember, you can help too! Go HERE to vote for Zaza. Wyclef wants you to and I can't think of a better reason.
