Jonathan Gibson, former New Mexico state and Chinese Basketball Association player, will sign a partially guaranteed deal, according to both Mark Cuban and The Vertical's Shams Charania.
Sources: The Dallas Mavericks and summer league guard Jonathan Gibson have agreed to a three-year deal, with guarantees.

Last season Gibson averaged 42 points per game in the Chinese league. This summer, Gibson has been one of the few offensive bright spots on a Dallas Mavericks Summer league team which has occasionally struggled to put up points.
Mark Cuban essentially announced the signing while on the ESPN broadcast in the second quarter.

Gibson, 28, is now the third player on the Maverick roster with a partially guaranteed deal, after University of Florida product Dorian Finney-Smith and Argentinian forward Nicholas Brussino.
