WHO: Dallas Mavericks at Minnesota Timberwolves
WHAT: You guys, I’m starting to think the Mavs might not be good.
WHERE: Target Center, Minneapolis, MN
WHEN: 7:00 p.m. CT
HOW: Fox Sports Southwest or NBA League Pass
THE STORY: The Mavericks put up a valiant effort in last night’s loss to the New Orleans Pelicans, but they get a fast chance to bounce back against the 5-3 Minnesota Timberwolves. The Timberwolves have a new look this year, and judging by their record it seems to have been serving them moderately well. Though, let’s be real, any team that has two wins looks rosy by comparison.
The Mavs could be without Wesley Matthews tonight, who is a game time decision with a foot injury suffered in last night’s game. Dirk will probably be on a short leash tonight too, but Nerlens Noel didn’t play much last night and should have fresh legs.
Let’s go get win number 2, Mavs, before I go crazy.
