The Dallas Mavericks have announced their preseason schedule for the upcoming 2017-18 season. Dallas will play a total of six games, one fewer than last year, beginning on Monday, October 2 at the American Airlines Center.

The Mavs will play three games at home during preseason, against the Milwaukee Bucks, Chicago Bulls and Orlando Magic. They will play three road games. Games against the Magic and Charlotte Hornets will be in the opponents’ home arena. The game against the Atlanta Hawks will be at a neutral venue, McCamish Pavilion, on the campus of Georgia Tech.

Last year, the Mavs played two games at neutral locations.

Four games will be televised on FOX Sports Southwest. All games will be broadcast on the radio on 103.3 FM ESPN in Dallas.

Dallas kicks off the start of the regular season against the Hawks on October 18, five days after their final preseason game.
