THE STORY: After an excruciatingly lackluster blown lead against the Portland Trail Blazers last night, the Mavericks look to get back on track (were they ever really on track?) against the Denver Nuggets. After playing last night, then traveling to Denver, and having to fight the altitude, I’m not sure I’m incredibly optimistic about their chances, but hey, this is usually when they surprise me and pull out a cool win.
