THE STORY: It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for - the first head to head matchup between Trae Young and Luka Doncic. Unless you live under a rock, you know that the Mavericks and Hawks executed a draft night trade that allowed Dallas to move up two spots and select Doncic third overall. Certainly, a matchup in one of the first games of the season isn’t indicative of the long term success of the trade. Luka has been great in early returns but still has a lot to learn. Trae Young hasn’t been too shabby, averaging 23 points per game so far.

If this one isn’t a fun, high scoring affair, I’d be shocked. Let’s go Mavs.
