THE STORY: The beginning of this season has been an up and down affair for Dallas, and the schedule doesn’t get any easier as the Mavs return home to face the Jazz. The Jazz are largely thought to be one of the best teams in the NBA this year. But the Mavericks will have their starting five together for the first time this season. With Harrison Barnes back in action and Dennis Smith Jr. gutting out an ankle injury, it’ll be interesting to see how the shots are distributed. Now, if we could just get Dirk back in action....
