THE STORY: Well, it had to happen sometime — the Mavs were going to have to play the Spurs. Luckily for the Mavs, these Spurs have a bit of a different look. No more Kawhi Leonard, no more Manu Ginobili, no more Tony Parker. But they do still have Gregg Popovich, and as such, they’re dangerous any given night. The Spurs are sitting at 3-2, so not much better than our intrepid 2-4 Mavs, but something tells me the Spurs are still the much better team here. We’ll see if the Mavs can gut out a win. Legoooooooo.
