WHO: Houston Rockets at Utah Jazz and Golden State Warriors at New Orleans Pelicans
WHAT: Game 3 of the Western Conference semi-finals
WHEN: Rockets-Wolves tips off at 7:00pm Central, followed by Warriors-Pelicans at 9:30pm.
WHERE: Vivint Smart Home Arena, Salt Lake City, UT and Smoothie King Center, New Orleans, LA
HOW: Both of tonight’s games are on ESPN.
THE STORY: Tonight the Houston Rockets look to re-take home-court advantage after dropping Game 2 to the Jazz in Houston earlier this week. The Jazz will be riding high on the momentum of a strong performance in Houston, perhaps best summed up by rookie phenom Donovan Mitchell’s incredible dunk.
Meanwhile, after a surprise sweep of the Trail Blazers in the first round, the New Orleans Pelicans find themselves down 2-0 against the Golden State Warriors as they head back to their home turf. The return of Steph Curry means that this series has been slightly less dramatic than it would have otherwise, but look for a strong effort from Anthony Davis and co.
