HOW: FSSW+ (Replay on NBA TV later this evening.)

THE STORY: Take a deep breath. Then release. Do that a few more times. Can you hear it? It’s the sound of actual NBA basketball being played on real NBA courts around the league. Isn’t it glorious?

Tonight, the Mavs face off against a unique opponent: the Beijing Ducks. For more about the Ducks, check out Doyle’s preview. As for the Mavericks, we should expect to see no Harrison Barnes (out for the preseason with a tweaked hamstring) and no Dirk, at minimum. What they will see is a first look at Luka Doncic in a Mavericks uniform. And that’s reason enough to tune in.
