WHAT: An opportunity for two teams at opposite ends of the standings to show their true colors on national television.

WHERE: Smoothie King Mausoleum- New Orleans, LA

WHEN: 6:30 p.m. CT

HOW: TNT. We know drama, I reckon.

THE STORY: The last time these two teams met Luka Doncic had a 25-10-10 triple double, capped off with a banked-in, step-back triple in the final 90 seconds to put the Pelicans away for good. Kristaps Porzingis had one of his best offensive outputs of the season, scoring 24 points and shooting 3 of 5 from three. The Pelicans were led by the (this season, anyway) remarkably consistent Brandon Ingram and the low-minutes Mav Killer, Derrick Favors. Pray for Tim Hardaway Jr. to outplay JJ Redick tonight.
