THE STORY: Fun fact: my husband and I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day. We celebrate All-Star Weekend. And All-Star Saturday Night is the marquee event of the weekend.
Our heroes old and new, Dirk Nowitzki and Luka Doncic, are back at it again tonight after coaching and competing in the Rising Stars Challenge last night. Luka will compete in the Skills Challenge, and Dirk will compete in the 3-point shootout. (Dirk, buddy, hope you’ve been working hard with Holger. All I ask is that you don’t embarrass yourself, ok?)
Dennis Smith Jr. will also reprise his role in the Dunk Contest tonight, and I’ll still be rooting for him because he was for sure robbed last year and I want vengeance.
