WHO: Dallas Mavericks at Utah Jazz
WHAT: Another tough test in the West.
WHERE: Vivint Smart Home Arena, Salt Lake City, Utah
WHEN: 4:00 p.m. CT
HOW: Fox Sports Southwest or NBA League Pass
THE STORY: The Mavericks may have lost Dwight Powell (and traded for...Willie Cauley-Stein? Sure!) but they’ll soldier on, this time with another tough test against the hot Utah Jazz.
The Jazz may not have had the monumental leap this season that many expected, but they’re no worse than they were last year when they finished 5th in the Western Conference. Mike Conley hasn’t had a huge impact, but they still have Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert. They’d be a pretty similar matchup to the Blazers team the Mavericks just destroyed if not for Bojan Bogdanovic, their second leading scorer.
Let’s go Mavs!
