Mock Draft Roundup: It’s here

I’d say “the day has finally come,” but it doesn’t even feel like we’ve been waiting that long. As the league moves at light speed through a truncated offseason, we find ourselves at one of the most up in the air drafts that we’ve had in quite some time. League-altering trades are already pouring in as of Tuesday morning, and it’s likely we’ll see more on the day of the draft as team (like the Mavericks) are able to deal picks.

There’s nothing left but the yelling. Here’s the final mocks before we run this thing for real.

Okay, but seriously, Maxey would be a very solid addition were he to be available at 18. It’s a bit of a fall from where he was in earlier mocks. Are the prognosticators simply overthinking it? Perhaps. But if Bane and Maxey are available at 18, the Mavericks will be spoiled for choice.

Folks, what can you say? The Poku-mentum has become a veritable freight train. Is this pollster herding? It’s a little bit astounding to see such a consensus form in a draft that’s as wide open as this one seems to be - particularly in the 10-20 stretch.
