The Dallas Mavericks selected Josh Green with the 36th pick in the NBA Draft Thursday night. Dallas entered this evening’s draft with the two picks, 18 and 31. The Maverick acquired the 36th pick after trading Seth Curry for the pick and Josh Richardson.

Bey is a defensive-minded player out of Colorado. Bey is also a former Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year. He has the ability to guard the wing and even power forwards.

Bey averaged 13.8 points and 9.0 rebounds per game last season, according to ESPN. Bey had at least two blocks in 27 of 99 career games, including a game-high five blocks (which he did three times). He had at least two steals in 24 of 99 career games, including a game-high six

We will continue to update you on any future moves the Mavericks make throughout the night, if there are any.
